My older son taught himself iPhone repair by repairing iPhones. Yes he had to buy a focaccia bread few iPhones because he screwed them up but today he's and expert at that business. You must be brave. It is unlikely that you'll destroy another person's computer (the iPhone is very fragile and easy to destroy).

Also new to the menu is a blackened Ahi tuna sandwich for $9.95, featuring thin slices of tuna on a toasted slow cooker focaccia bun with avocado, oven-roasted tomatoes, greens and spiced tartar sauce.

Don't be afraid to over season your meat. Most people actually under season, because the cooking process will weaken the flavor of some spices. With the exception of salt, most seasonings will better enhance the flavor if you use about twice as much as you think you should.

Pasta - make simple pasta (multiple shapes and types) and combine with makeover meats and vegetables for pasta salads, or add a sauce for a hot pasta.

Todays family is usually pressed for time to sit down and eat, especially eating together as a family. There's where the slow cooker comes in handy. I have tons of slow cooker rosemary focaccia, and can find just about anything to cook that my kids will like to eat.

For the pastry, stir together all-purpose flour and salt. Using a pastry blender, cut in shortening until pieces are pea-size. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cold water over part of mixture; gently toss with a fork. Push moistened dough to side of bowl. Repeat, using 1 tablespoon of water at a time, until flour mixture is moistened. Form dough into a ball. On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12-inch circle. Ease dough into a 9-inch pie plate. Trim to 1/2-inch beyond edge of plate. Fold under extra dough. Crimp edge. Prick bottom and sides of pastry. Line with a double thickness of foil. Bake in a 450 degree F oven 8 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 5 to 6 minutes more or until golden. Set aside.

My personal favorite use for olive oil with my bread is to make a homemade loaf of focaccia bread. I shape the bread in a free form circle similar to a pizza. After allowing the dough to rise I put finger indentations all over the top of the focaccia bread and then simply drizzle olive oil into the little indentations. I then add herbs and garlic and some coarse salt to the top. Since I have just oiled the top of the loaf they stick really well to the bread. For a change I might add some sun dried tomatoes and perhaps even some sliced olives. Bake this in the oven just as you would any other loaf of bread and when it comes out you have a wonderful taste treat that you can be proud to serve at any family meal, or perhaps you want to sneak off and eat it all by yourself.

Finally, we ordered the Chicken Gonzales ($9). It was chicken breast stuffed with Pasilla peppers, which is a variety of the green Chile pepper. It had a wonderful white cheddar focaccia bread making sauce. This was the best dish of all that we tried. Put this place on your list! It's locally owned, reasonably priced, and fun.
